Work with me
Built on your machine, in your accounts.
Three ways to get the system set up with me in the room. Each one runs on your hardware and your subscriptions, and each one starts with the same question: what data is allowed in.
1-on-1 setup
From $300. Two hours, remote, on your own machine.
We build your workspace and your first databank together, from a folder you choose. You drive. I tell you what to type and why. By the end you have a working setup, a verification habit, and a written recap of every step so you can repeat it.
How booking works
- Pay with Stripe.
- The confirmation page sends you to the booking calendar. Pick a two-hour slot.
- You get an intake email. Answer it and I prepare a brief for our session.
- We meet. A recap lands in your inbox within a few days.
Payment rule: payment is due within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before the session. Unpaid bookings are cancelled. No exceptions, so that paid clients keep their slots.
# A two-hour setup, roughly
0:00 Walk through your week. Pick the first project to move into a folder.
0:20 Install Claude Code and Git. Create the workspace and CLAUDE.md.
1:00 Build the first databank from public sources you choose.
1:40 Run the verification step. Commit. Set up the weekly review.
2:00 You have the folder. I have nothing of yours on my machine.Firm workshop
$1,500 to $3,000. Half a day for a small firm's lawyers and staff.
A hands-on half day. Everyone leaves with a workspace on their own laptop and a shared understanding of what goes where. You also get an AI tool-use guide template: tool settings and workflow steps, written for your lawyers to adapt. Your lawyers set the policy. I show the tools.
How it starts
- Book a free intro call.
- I send a proposal with scope, date and price.
- You sign the services agreement and pay the Stripe invoice.
- We run the workshop on your premises or on a call.
Firm build
$3,000 to $7,500. A workspace and research databank built for the firm.
I build the system in your accounts, train your staff on it, and stay on for 30 days of support. The databank is built in a fixed order. Public law comes first, then de-identified firm know-how. Client matters come last, only on a business-tier AI plan, and only after the firm has made an informed decision under ABA Formal Opinion 512.
Before anything is touched
- Intro call and proposal.
- Services agreement and confidentiality agreement, both signed.
- Accounts and machines set up by the firm, with access for me.
- Build, training, support.
What I promise about your data
- I work only in your accounts and on your machines. Nothing of yours is copied to mine.
- A confidentiality agreement is signed before I see any firm or client information.
- Public law and de-identified material come first. Client matters come last, and only on your terms.
- You decide what enters any AI tool. I document the setting. You make the call.
- You verify AI output before relying on it. The build includes the verification step.
- At the end, I return or delete whatever access I had, and confirm it in writing.
Tenth Hour Labs provides education and technology services, not legal services. Your firm supervises the work and keeps its own duties of confidentiality and competence. I am not a licensed attorney.
