Before you put a file in it

Both kits ship with the same checklist. It asks what the file contains and whose data it is. It asks which AI plan you are on and what that plan's terms say about training and retention. It does not tell you what your duties require. That is a question for your firm or ethics counsel. It makes sure you asked.
